Privacy policy

Daily Tip IQ collects only what it needs to run your account and memberships. We handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Your name, email address and password (stored only in encrypted form).
What you've bought or been given access to, and when.
Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
Account activity: each time your account signs in or views selections or ratings, we record the time, your internet (IP) address, approximate location (town and state, worked out from the IP address) and type of device (for example “Chrome on Windows”). We keep these records for 90 days.
Basic technical records needed to keep the site secure and working (for example error logs).

To give you access to what you've paid for and manage your membership.
To email you when the day's selections are published, and about your account, payments or important changes.
To answer your questions and resolve problems.
To protect paying members by detecting logins that are being shared (see section 7 of our terms). Only Daily Tip IQ administrators can see account activity records.

We don't sell your information, and we don't send it to bookmakers or advertisers.

Some of these providers may process data outside Australia. They are bound to protect it.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can update your name and password in My account.
To see the information we hold about you, correct it, or close your account, email us.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
