Refunds and cancellations

Cancelling a membership

• Go to My account → Subscription & billing → Manage payment card, invoices & cancellation and choose Cancel.
• You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that the membership ends and you won't be charged again.
• We don't refund part-periods.
• You can switch between Monthly and 3 Months from the same page.

Day Passes

• A Day Pass covers the race day you chose when you bought it.
• If we don't publish any selections for that day, email us and we'll refund it.

Abandoned meetings and scratchings

• No refunds are given for abandoned meetings, abandoned races or scratchings after the day's selections have been published.
• Bookmakers normally refund bets on scratched runners and abandoned races, and our published results treat them as refunds (not counted in outlay or returns).

Your rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits those rights. If something has gone wrong, email dtiq@dailytipiq.com and we'll sort it out. See also our terms and conditions.
