Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the Daily Tip IQ website and memberships. Daily Tip IQ is based in New South Wales, Australia (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a membership or Day Pass you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use Daily Tip IQ

• You must be 18 or over and legally allowed to bet in your state or territory.
• Accounts are for one person. Don't share your login or republish, resell or redistribute selections, ratings or reports (see section 7).

2. What we provide

• Daily Top 6: up to six rated selections each race day with an MRIS rating, ranking, confidence, the reasoning, and a suggested staking plan of up to $200. Selections are normally published by 12:30 pm Australian Eastern time; on some days fewer than six qualify and the unused amount is held.
• Premium race ratings: downloadable PDF reports of MRIS ratings for covered meetings.
• We provide information and opinions only. We do not accept bets, place bets for you, or hold your money. Any bet you place is your own decision, with a bookmaker or tote of your choosing, at your own risk.

3. No guarantee, not financial advice

• Ratings and selections are opinions based on our analysis. They are not financial advice and do not guarantee any result or return.
• Past results, including the published profit and ROI, do not guarantee future results. Published results are calculated on our $200 plan at official starting prices (SP); your own results will differ depending on the prices and bets you actually take.

4. Payments, renewals and cancelling

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Monthly and 3-month memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from My account → Subscription & billing. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and the membership then ends. We don't give refunds for part-periods.
• Day Passes are one-off payments for the race day you choose.
• If a free trial is offered, it is one per person; trials that require a card become a paid membership when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

5. Refunds

• No refunds are given for abandoned meetings, abandoned races, or scratchings after the day's selections have been published. Bets on scratched runners or abandoned races are normally refunded by your bookmaker; our published results treat them as refunds too.
• If we don't publish any selections for a race day you bought a Day Pass for, we will refund that Day Pass.
• Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a remedy is required by law, we will provide it. See Refunds and cancellations.

6. Published selections and changes

• Once published, the original selections are kept unchanged. Late scratchings, replacements or corrections are shown as clearly timestamped revisions, and results are settled against the published plan.
• We may occasionally be unable to publish on a day (for example, technical problems or too few qualifying selections).

7. Your account and sharing

• Your membership is for you alone. Keep your password secure and don't share your login with anyone else, including family, friends or a syndicate.
• To protect members who pay, we record when your account signs in and views selections or ratings, including the time, internet (IP) address, approximate location and type of device. See our privacy policy.
• If we find, or it is obvious from this activity, that a login is being shared — for example the same account used from several devices or in different states on the same day — we may suspend the account or cancel the membership immediately, without a refund. Where practical we'll contact you first to ask about it.
• We may also suspend or close accounts that misuse the service or breach these terms; we won't refund periods lost through misuse.

8. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any betting losses or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms or prices

• We may update these terms or our prices. We'll give members reasonable notice of any change to the price of their membership before it applies.

• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
